Graduation... a reflection...and elipses...lots of elipses...
I really need to stop with the elipses... there I go again... and... no... wait...
Okay, got away from them, once and for all perhaps.
Graduation was long, but fun in its own way. It was strange being only about 100 feet away from John McCain as the graduates were filing into the stadium. I was one of the first to get into the stadium and one of the first to be seated, and as I was looking around for my parents, my wife, my parents in law, my sister, and my sister in law, I noticed a balding man sitting below me in the first row of seats. Strange that it was actually John McCain and he was just chatting it up with the other profs. Odd, it really is, to be that close to someone really famous who isn't a musician or a movie star, but someone who actually does something internationally visible (sorry Bono).
Anyway. I graduated, got my diploma, went home and had a party, got up the next morning at 7am and went back to class. Nothing really changes that much, except that I feel strange having missed church. Well, there's always home group on Thursday night.
Boring entry I know, but it's been a long few days and I'm a little fried right now.
Gonna go play my bass when I get home from Brian and Erica's.
Thanks fam and friends for everything, you'll all be getting cards soon. I promise.
A+
