Back to the grind

Grind... more like a slow rotation that scuffs the knees a bit. The beginning of this quarter has been less like a bang and more like a party popper. One class today that let out an hour early, and four hours of work at the Individualized Instruction office that have yet to produce any people who need the wisdom that I wish to impart to them.

On a positive note... I'm feeling great about my red hair. On a postitive note didn't seem like it fit there. Today has been positive. The whole week has been great. Amanda isn't feeling too great, she had the ickies in her stomach yesterday and spent the better part of twenty minutes trying to expel them. It seems to have worked for the most part but she isn't at work today.

My father is in South Africa on a Lutheran Preaching Tour and will spend some of his time there coordinating with the South African Rotary Club. They want to dig wells to provide fresh water for... well... everyone. He will have a great time. This is the first time he's been back in Africa since before I was born, and that was a LOOOOOONG time ago.

Okay... transmission over.

AND -> thanks to the people who have purchased books in the last week. Three sales = three dollars and thirty four cents for me. Not a lot but that wasn't the point in the first place.

Additions to the mix

Added 5 more files to the CD after going through the CD collection this weekend... some are Amanda's additions, some are mine.

BNL - When I fall
Ani DiFranco - Cradle and All
Khaled/Taha/Faudel - Abdel Khader
Pulp Empire - He to a She
Pulp Empire - Frames

In all this is shaping up to be an interesting mix of pop, world, ultra pop, techno, folk, jazz, rock and worship. There will be an info slip inside the package because I couldn't explain anything any other way.

Okay... all of your trade offers are noted so far... if you haven't yet asked for a mix, please do, we'll be happy to oblige!
